Monster Blog
When my eyes adjusted to the darkness, I saw a neon green glow coming from underneath my closet door. After the huge crash that awoke me, there was an eerie silence. Suddenly, a huge, dark shadow blocked the glow beneath the door. There really was a monster living in my closet!
My curiosity was growing larger than my fear as I made my way to the door. As I slowly and cautiously opened the creaking door, I was left speechless.
An extremely small, thin, green creature stood before me, emitting a bright neon green hue. He wore a black cloak with a collar that reached to the ceiling. His one blue, triangle eye was as crystal clear as pool water. He held a white, rectangle sign in his right hand that read: I COME IN PEACE in red block letters. In his left hand, he held a blue sign with green letters that said EARTH OR BUST! Surprisingly, it took three skinny legs to hold us this tiny creature (or at least his wardrobe). Each had one round foot that he has stuck in three of my wiffle balls!
